Privacy notice
This notice covers this website and the teardown request form on it. It is written for this site specifically.
What we collect
Only what you type into the request form: your name, your email address, and the web address of the site you want measured. There is nothing else on this site that collects information about you.
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or cookies on this site. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
What we do with it
- We run an automated measurement of the website address you gave us.
- We send the resulting report to the email address you gave us.
- We may follow up once about that report. If you do not reply, we stop.
We do not add you to a mailing list, sell or rent your information, or publish your report anywhere.
What the measurement itself does
The teardown requests your website exactly the way an ordinary visitor's phone would, and reads only what your site serves publicly. It does not attempt to log in, submit your forms, or reach anything that is not publicly published. Requests come from our own infrastructure and may appear in your server logs.
Who else handles it
- FormSubmit relays the request form to our email. Your form entries pass through their service.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and serves it to you.
- Google operates Lighthouse, the open-source tool used for part of the measurement. It runs on our own machines; your details are not sent to Google.
Nothing you type into this site is sent to an AI model provider.
How long we keep it
Request emails and the reports generated from them are kept for up to 24 months so we can answer questions about a report we sent. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email alexalligan@suncoastdigital.us or call 954-952-3611 and we will action it. We do not require a particular form of words.
Children
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
